Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is the best type of olive oil, where it is an extract from the pressed olives. So this is obtained from the first pressing of the olives, and has an acidity of only 1%.

Virgin

This type is actually also derived from the first pressing of the olives, but the acidity is higher. Where the acidity for this type of Virgin is 3%.

Fino

For this type of Fino, it is actually a mixture of two types of oil, which is a mixture of 2 types of olive oil. So this is a mix of Extra Virgin and also Virgin type.

Pure

For Pure, this is a mixture of virgin type of oil that has been processed mixed with extra virgin olive oil.

Light

For the last type, this is the type of oil that has been filtered so that the color of the olive oil will change too.

One of the content in olive oil that is very good for the body is omega 3 and also omega 6 which can increase brain intelligence. This is the content of fatty acids that are needed by the body every day, so consuming olive oil is very healthy. This is what makes replacing cooking oil with olive oil is the right step.

Antioxidant

The next content that is also very good for our bodies is antioxidants which are very good for the body. Because antioxidants are indeed very important for the body to be able to ward off free radicals which we know are very dangerous. Now with the presence of high antioxidants in the body, some of these dangerous diseases can be prevented.

Polyphenol

The next content of olive oil is polyphenols which can indeed have a role to prevent heart disease. That’s why consuming olive oil is very good for keeping the heart healthy. Those are some of the content of olive oil that is good for our body.
